Delivery
There is one delivery option to select for online purchases – Standard Delivery by Royal Mail with Track and Trace unless you are ordering ride parts. Ride parts will be delivered using Royal Mail 1st Class signed for service.
Orders will only be despatched to the cardholder’s registered address by Royal Mail delivery.
Standard Delivery (non ride parts)
Please allow 3-5 working days for processing and delivery.
From the date you receive the dispatch confirmation email, orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Hour Track & Trace (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
Details: UK mainland, The Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Island. Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly. Delivered by the Royal Mail.
Cost: £4.95
Parcels are delivered by the Royal Mail to the UK Mainland: England, Wales and Scotland. The Highlands and Islands of Scotland (Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE). Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Isles and Isles of Scilly (Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25, GY, JE).
We do not currently offer International delivery.
Please note Bank Holidays are excluded and your delivery may take longer to arrive if placed during this period as the Royal Mail do not deliver or process items on a Bank Holiday.
